AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE FULL CNA CLASS
TB SKIN TEST: If you do not have documentation of a TB skin test or TB Gold completed in the last year from a school or employer or an acceptable chest x-ray/documentation you will need to obtain one prior to the start of class. TB skin tests are included at no additional cost to you if obtained through the college. This does not include chest x-rays. (WAIVED DUE TO COVID)
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND: All CNA students (FULL CLASS ONLY) are required to pass a criminal background check for clinical rotation. A link will be emailed to you to complete your background check after registration.
TRANSCRIPT: We will need a copy of your high school, GED or college transcripts for your file. It does not have to be official. You should get them mailed or emailed to you and bring them to our office or upload them via the link. Call your school or go on their website to confirm how to get a copy. If you have made every attempt to get your transcript by the due date and was unsuccessful please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
IDENTIFICATION: A copy of a valid picture ID and valid social security card (no work only permits) must be submitted.
UNIFORM: A.I.M. Medical Training College requires you to wear grey solid nursing uniform / nursing scrubs to clinical and lab. No designs of any kind allowed. Uniform top and bottom will be provided to you. However, you must have your own closed toe shoes for clinical and lab.

SUPPLIES: You will need to following supplies for class and to bring to orientation: 3 Ring Binder, watch with a second hand, notebook paper, highlighters and black pens.
TEXT BOOK: Textbook and workbook needed for this course is included. You will receive your materials during orientation.
